3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 77okada shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 77okada account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
3.4 77okada reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 77okada is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77okada login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify 77okada immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 77okada shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to your notification to us.

4.4 77okada reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. We will notify you via your registered contact details where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
5.1 All financial transactions on the 77okada platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 77okada does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
5.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.
5.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 77okada account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.6 In the event that a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, you must contact 77okada support within 48 hours of the transaction date. 77okada will investigate the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6.1 77okada may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and may only be used on eligible games as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
6.3 77okada reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not unfairly prejudice players who have already accepted and are actively using the bonus in good faith.
6.4 Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, use of automated software to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
6.5 Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the applicable promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
7.1 All games available on the 77okada platform are provided for entertainment purposes. The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by a live dealer. 77okada does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. 77okada provides game rules and paytable information within each game interface. Wagers placed are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 77okada reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. 77okada shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

10.3 The 77okada name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 77okada. You may not use any 77okada trademark without our prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77okada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.
11.2 77okada's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77okada account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 77okada does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 77okada reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:
12.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited at 77okada's discretion, subject to applicable law and the outcome of any investigation.
12.3 You may close your 77okada account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and wagering requirements on active bonuses.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 77okada's customer support team for informal resolution. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, 77okada reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
14.1 77okada reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
14.2 The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the 77okada platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
